Service Description

Grief is not meant to sit alone in our bodies; it is not meant to be stored. Together, in a safe, non-judgemental space, we'll begin with a check in and a quick warm up followed by research-backed art practices that invite presence, processing and integration. Art can offer a beautiful somatic release for our stored emotions. Whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, a dream; if you find yourself overwhelmed with the state of the world or our mother earth, you are welcome here. Please have your mark-making tool of choice as well as a few paper/surface options available. If more specific materials are needed you'll receive an email at least 3 days in advance.
