Art for New Moms

Service Description

No art training or experience necessary for this virtual Process Art Gathering. This is a chance to somatically release and practice presence with gentle art making invitations that can be practiced anywhere with minimal materials. MATERIALS: any mark making tool and surface. (I love a sharpie and a thick paper but truly anything will do!) The data is clear: making art reduces stress and increases dopamine. Carve out a short time to care for your nervous system as you care so deeply for those around you. (Sweatpants and unbrushed hair are welcome.)
